At the end of the month, we rest. Restorative Yoga uses props — bolsters, blankets, blocks — to fully support the body so the nervous system can soften and replenish. Poses are held for longer, the pace is unhurried, and the invitation is simple: let go. This class is a gift you give yourself, especially when life has been a lot.
