Raw foods/Living Foods 

The online world of raw-foods information is vast and deep; one can easily get lost listening and researching all day long. That is why as a lifestyle transformation coach, I teach you how to easily and successfully transition to this lifestyle with style and enjoyment through each of the stages of transition without getting caught up and lost in all the details that sometimes can feel overwhelming, unattainable, or far-fetched. As your coach, my job is the help you establish and execute a do-able plan that works for your unique preferences and needs. We support you in strategically getting set up for success for the long haul.

The overall objective of The Sustainable Wellness Kids program is to empower children with the ability to make better food choices and obtain kitchen skills necessary to prepare quick, easy, and healthy meals. Objectives include understanding how food choices affect health, energy level, and performance. The structure and cost is tailored for a variety of needs. 




The Sustainable Wellness  5 Day Cleanse program is designed to cleanse and strengthen the major organs of elimination in the body, including the liver, colon, kidneys, skin, and lungs at the cellular level.  This fast is a very effective way to detoxify and heal your body.
