Holistic Health Coaching Program

For a more comprehensive and longer term program to support you in your nutritional health, we’ve created programs for either 3 or 6 months. In this type of  health coaching program, you will be supported to:

  • Set and accomplish wellness and life goals
  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • Increase your energy levels
  • Explore new foods and cooking methods
  • Understand and reduce your cravings
  • Feel great in your body
  • Learn effective strategies for reducing your stress
  • Develop a healthy relationship with food and find Food Freedom!

Food affects every aspect of your life. As your eating habits change, you will notice significant changes in both your body and your mood. Imagine what you could accomplish with more energy, happiness and balance in your life!

Your program includes:

  • Two, 60 minute sessions per month in which we will discuss your progress and what’s working for you.
  • Unlimited email support between sessions from your personal health counselor and cheerleader, Allison.
  • Books, CDs, food samples and self-care products to keep you focused and motivated.
  • Informational handouts and worksheets so that you have all of the information you need to feel comfortable making change.

Holistic Health Coaching is different from traditional nutrition consulting. At Sustainable Wellness, our health coach looks at each client as a one-of-a-kind individual with your own lifestyle, health challenges and issues around food and eating. Just because a “diet” worked for one person, does not mean it is the best suited for you. You are unique and need to be looked at as a whole, taking into consideration all the parts of your life that drive you to make the food choices you make day-to-day. We believe food is not something to be feared, and we work personally with you to teach you how to see food as nurturing to your body. Dwelling on calories and carbs is no way to live. Ignoring your cravings is no way to live, either. In fact, learning to understand, rather than ignore, your cravings is an eye-opening experience for all of our health coaching clients. Holistic Health Coaching will lead you to lasting life changes, not just a quick-fix.
