Sustainable Wellness 5 Day Rawfoods and Juice Cleanse Program

The Sustainable Wellness  5 Day Cleanse program is designed to cleanse and strengthen the major organs of elimination in the body, including the liver, colon, kidneys, skin, and lungs at the cellular level.  This fast is a very effective way to detoxify and heal your body.
The SW fast cleanses the body while supplying the body with potent source of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. There is a two-fold benefit to juice fasting: increased nutrients from the fruits and removal of toxins by providing live enzymes to purify the body at the cellular level. 
The juice of fruits and vegetables is filled with micro-nutrients, healing  and cleansing properties that allow the body to gently and safely detoxify while rebuilding itself at a cellular level. The fiber from the rawfoods is designed to help you push out waste from the digestive tract.
A popular juice fast usually lasts three days, although you can choose to fast from one day to thirty days based on what your goals are.  If you have major medical concerns, please consult with Sonali and your medical provider prior to registering for our cleansing program.

Day 1 + 2: Your first and last days of your cleanse involve enjoying rawfoods prepared by Sonali. Day 1 & 2 will include four different servings of rawfoods dishes such as Curried cabbage medley, raw hummus, sprouted green salad, Berry tropic pudding, etc.. These foods will bring in fiber to help you eliminate and clear your bowels.  These two days also serve as a way to help you transition into eating lighter and transition back to eating solid foods.

Day 2-3:  The middle three days involve consuming juices that are cold-pressed, unpasteurized made from mainly vegetable and some fruits. This will further give your digestive system a break and help to reset your entire body and metabolism, while allowing you to cleanse at a deeper level.


All rawfoods and juice cleanse kits are provided fresh daily and will be made available at  our Midtown, Atlanta location at the designated time of your program.

Day 1: 100% rawfoods: 4 servings
Day 2-3: 100% organic juicing days; 4 bottles of juice daily
Day 5: 100% rawfoods: 4 servings
Optional daily 30 min. group coaching tele-sessions at 7pm for the duration of the 5 days of cleanse.
