Breathwork Journey
“Breath is always with you. This work helps you reclaim it as a resource.”
— Sonali Sadequee CHHC, RYT 500

Why Breathwork?

Trauma and chronic stress often live below cognition — in breath patterns, muscle tone, and nervous system reflexes. Conscious connected breathing gently engages these layers, allowing held activation to move and regulation to return.

Clients often report:

• improved sleep
• reduced anxiety and overthinking
• greater emotional access
• increased energy or calm
• deeper body awareness
• release of long-held tension
• improved resilience

Conscious Connected Breathwork

There are moments when insight alone is not enough.
When the body still holds what the mind understands.
When stress, fatigue, or relational pain live beneath words.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided, trauma-informed somatic practice that uses continuous breathing to gently support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with the body’s innate healing intelligence.

In these sessions, breath becomes a bridge — helping you move from overwhelm toward steadiness, from numbness toward feeling, from disconnection toward presence.

This work is both deeply embodied and grounded in science. Conscious connected breathing influences the autonomic nervous system, carbon dioxide–oxygen balance, vagal tone, and interoceptive awareness — all core mechanisms involved in stress recovery, trauma integration, and emotional regulation. At the same time, breathwork has been honored for centuries in contemplative and healing traditions as a pathway to clarity, vitality, and inner coherence.

My approach integrates yogic pranayama lineage, somatic trauma-informed breathwork training, and relational attunement. Sessions are paced with consent, safety, and choice at the center. Nothing is forced. Your system leads

This work is especially supportive for those navigating:

• developmental or relational trauma
• chronic stress or burnout
• emotional suppression or overwhelm
• fatigue and nervous system depletion
• difficulty sleeping or resting
• disconnection from the body
• relational anxiety or attachment wounds
• long-held grief or unprocessed emotion

You do not need prior breathwork experience. Only willingness and curiosity.

What to Expect in a Session

Client Stories

Harriet DLC

“I truly loved this session and would highly recommend Sonali to anyone looking to feel safe, supported, and held through breathwork.”

I had my first breathwork session with Sonali and immediately felt at ease and deeply held. She welcomed me with warmth and trust, offering clear guidance at the start so I knew what to expect, and gently checking in to make sure everything felt understood.

Sonali made it clear throughout that I always had choice, which helped me feel calm and removed any sense of needing to perform. Instead, I was able to listen intuitively to my body and follow what felt right in each moment.

Alex L. -Farmer

“I will be forever grateful and continue to seek breathwork as my soul evolves.”

First off I would like to express genuine gratitude to Sonali, founder of Sustainable-Wellness, for not only opening the space for breathwork journey, but also for removing any afflictions or hesitancy regarded within leading to the experience. The preliminary questionnaire is very impactful.

Nerves and anxiety before entering the space were evident beyond doubt. However, there is a trust that is established with Sonali. The spa feel of the space added to the ambience. The breathwork journey revealed the spirit of my Aunt's (living and deceased). This was a new feminine space I was able to enter.

Stepping into a new spirit of femininity and relaxation revealed the suppression that exists in my male experience. I felt very confident in Sonali's ability to lead and facilitate my first ever breathwork journey.

Hayden E.

“I really appreciated Sonali’s calm presence and gentle guidance—it made it easy to go deep and stay fully present with myself.”

Before the session, I was feeling a little anxious and unsettled.During the breathwork journey, I noticed the pace felt natural and smooth, allowing me to release body tension and access a deep sense of clarity.

At one point, a childhood memory surfaced that helped me recognize the root of much of my anxiety. After the session, I felt calm, clear, and centered.

What stood out most was how tailored and supportive the experience felt compared to other breathwork I’ve done, which can often feel rigid or impersonal.
