Sustainable Breathwork Journey

Regulation • Release • Reconnection

“Breath is always with you. This work helps you reclaim it as a resource.”
— Sonali Sadequee CHHC, RYT 500

This work is especially supportive for those navigating:

• developmental or relational trauma
• chronic stress or burnout
• emotional suppression or overwhelm
• fatigue and nervous system depletion
• difficulty sleeping or resting
• disconnection from the body
• relational anxiety or attachment wounds
• long-held grief or unprocessed emotion

You do not need prior breathwork experience. Only willingness and curiosity.

There are moments when insight alone is not enough.
When the body still holds what the mind understands.
When stress, fatigue, or relational pain live beneath words.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided, trauma-informed somatic practice that uses continuous breathing to gently support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with the body’s innate healing intelligence.

In these sessions, breath becomes a bridge — helping you move from overwhelm toward steadiness, from numbness toward feeling, from disconnection toward presence.

This work is both deeply embodied and grounded in science. Conscious connected breathing influences the autonomic nervous system, carbon dioxide–oxygen balance, vagal tone, and interoceptive awareness — all core mechanisms involved in stress recovery, trauma integration, and emotional regulation. At the same time, breathwork has been honored for centuries in contemplative and healing traditions as a pathway to clarity, vitality, and inner coherence.

My approach integrates yogic pranayama lineage, somatic trauma-informed breathwork training, and relational attunement. Sessions are paced with consent, safety, and choice at the center. Nothing is forced. Your system leads

What to Expect in a Session

Each session includes:

• brief check-in and intention setting
• guided Conscious Connected breathing
• somatic support tools (touch, sound, movement)
• integration and reflection
• gentle nervous system settling

Sessions may include sensation, emotion, insight, or deep rest. All responses are welcome. We move at a pace that honors your nervous system.

Why Breathwork?

Trauma and chronic stress often live below cognition — in breath patterns, muscle tone, and nervous system reflexes. Conscious connected breathing gently engages these layers, allowing held activation to move and regulation to return.

Clients often report:

• improved sleep
• reduced anxiety and overthinking
• greater emotional access
• increased energy or calm
• deeper body awareness
• release of long-held tension
• improved resilience

Trauma-Informed Care and Safety

This work is always consent-based and choice-centered. You may pause, slow, or modify at any time. Sessions are designed to avoid overwhelm and support integration rather than catharsis alone.

Breathwork is not recommended for certain medical conditions (including severe cardiovascular or respiratory illness, epilepsy, pregnancy without clearance, or recent major surgery). We review safety together during intake.
