Come home to yourself. This weekly Tuesday class blends mindful movement, breathwork, somatic awareness, and yogic wisdom to cultivate nervous system resilience and compassionate connection. All bodies, identities, and experience levels are warmly welcomed.

Energy Exchange: $10–$35 per class, sliding scale. This class is offered in the spirit of community care and accessibility — if you have the means, we invite you to contribute toward the higher end of the scale, or offer a little extra, to help make the practice accessible for those who may not be able to pay the standard rate.

Parking: During the hot season, please park near the swimming pool, then walk down the stairs to our outdoor shala by the pool. First time visiting? Feel free to email ahead for extra directions.
