Thank you for your desire to balance, heal, realign, regenerate, and to resource yourself with tools of transformation in community with me through the ether!

For most of us, this is a new way of coming together, to move and connect, to explore and practice, to learn and grow together. 

Over the coming weeks I will refine and learn the technology/plantforms, and I thank you for being part of this from the very beginning.

  • Once you register, the Zoom link will appear on the screen. Please cut and paste, save the Zoom link for your reconds. Invite yout to share with people that wish to join. 

  • To prepare for your Zoom session, please take some time before we gather to set your space. Here are some things to prepare and to consider: Invite you to have all your yoga supplies ready: yoga mat, strap/scarf, & blocks if you have them.

  • Doors open at 5:55pm and close at 6:15pm. Your presence is requested for the duration of the session.

  • When you first come on the call, you will notice my yoga space and/or welcome Power Point slide. 

  • Your microphone will be defaulted to mute. At some points I will open the space up for people to share. When prompted, please utilize the 'raise your hand' function if you'd like to share by tapping the three dots in the box with your own video and using the drop down menu. As I call on people, please unmute yourself.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

  • Please set your space in a way that feels good to you and create some space where your practice will not be interrupted.

  • Please have your water near you once we begin.

I will come online a few minutes before we begin to welcome those of us who gather early. We will have a short collective check in, then we will move, stretch, breathe, integrate and have some fun time to share and hear each other.

Please be patient in case we have to work out a few kinks on our end. If I get disconnected, I will be relogging in.
