March 15th topic: Accountability- How to hold ourselves and others accountable in a way that is kind, empowering, and motivating and free of shame and blame.

April topic: Compassion- How do we practice compassion in the face of our own rightiousness while being effective in influencing positive change. 

May and the rest of the months: TBA based on participant needs/questions.
