If you are looking for a soulfully inspired alignment based yoga class with the intention to support heartfulness, join us every Tuesday evenings.

Each yoga class is followed by a healthy snack demonstration and wellness support circle. In the support circle, partcipants build community with each other and learn how to hold deep supportive space for each other’s wellness journey through Sonali’s facilitation that is based on the Imago model. .

RSVP is requried each time by Tuesday noon.
