Hippocrates once said, “Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.” Food is the fuel that all humans need to function, and a lot of our medical ailments can be relieved by eating clean and quality plant-strong whole foods. It can be difficult to learn what foods are healthy, and this challenge is a problem for many busy people in today’s times.

There are healthy options in most places, but there are also plenty of unhealthy options that could result in fatigue, headaches, aches/pains, blood sugar irregularities, high cholesterol, weight gain, etc.. All these issues and a list of many other lifestyle dis-eases are connected to cellular dysfunction and nutritional deficiency.
