Cream of Broccoli Casserole


1 head and stem broccoli
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic
1 cup cashew cheese
1 cups water
Sea salt

Crusty Topping:
½ c nutritional yeast
½ c almonds
Sea salt

1.    Prepare the cashew cheese spread first: Blend in the cashews with lime and sea salt until thick, but runny. Set aside.
2.    Bring the onion, garlic, brocolli into a gentle steam until midway done on a deep skillet.
3.    Add in the chashew cheese spread  into the skillet and fold into brocolli mix.
4.    Keep cooking until desired texture and consistency is achieved.
